Devon Stiles serves as Chief Operating Officer of Green Fuels Operating (GFO), bringing over 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His background spans business development, land and title, acquisitions and divestitures, and project management across both corporate and independent environments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Stiles has led and executed multiple multimillion-dollar transactions, delivering strong financial results and operational efficiency. At GFO, he oversees day-to-day operations and plays a key role in advancing the company’s project development and expansion efforts.

Mr. Stiles holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law, where he served as Editor of the Wyoming Law Review and was a quarterfinalist in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.
